Concept Testing is a collection of market research techniques for estimating the likely success of a new idea. Qualitative concept testing may be done with small groups of participants relatively early in the innovation process; quantitative concept tests help to prioritise the most popular ideas and compare their appeal against benchmark results from previous tests.
