Who you are
You are a proactive Research Operations professional with direct experience in coordinating, planning, managing, supporting or running qualitative research or exploratory UX research projects.

Your Day to Day
You primary focus will be on actively managing the coordination and setup of research projects that take place on our platform.
This will involve you managing a pipeline of projects and liaising with Customers, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to ensure all projects are properly scheduled, resourced, set up, successfully executed and concluded.
You will liaise with our clients to coordinate project planning which will include advice on recruitment / screeners, you will coordinate the design and preparation of Research Task Lists (discussion guides), previewing task lists (and liaising with both clients and sales on same). You will ensure projects are submitted on schedule for set up, you will set up up projects, clarify any errors and communicate with clients regarding all apsects of activating and running research projects,
You will prepare quotations / statements of work where required and will liaise with our finance team and with clients as required to support billing / pricing inquiries.
You will assist clients with onboarding (including coordinationg POs, quotations, statements of works, logins etc) and training (demos vis screen share etc).
You will troubleshoot client issues and respond to client queries,.
You will actively monitor projects to identify if the research is going well or not and liaise with the sales team or with the client to proactively intervene with advice on how to improvement and engagement.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Project Operations including access management, ending fieldwork and assisting clients with data exports, data deletion.
What You’ll Need to Excel in this Role
3+ years of experience in a Research Operations or Market Research Project Management experience in a consultancy environment.
Experience in a qualitative research methodologies preferred.
A positive attitude, a genuine sense of care when it comes to solving customer issues
Excellent English verbal /written communication, multi-tasking and project management skills
Confidence when dealing with software applications, a critical thinking mindset and the ability to quickly triage and troubleshoot customer issues
Attention to detail, strong multi tasking capabilities and the ability to continuously prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience working with Helpdesk and CRM software essential and with research platforms beneficial.
A flexible, resourceful, action oriented work ethic and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast paced, constantly evolving work environment.
Available to work later shifts (2.00 pm – 10.00 pm) one day per week and provide weekend cover one weekend per month
Our Hybrid Approach to Work
We adopt a hybrid approach to work. Your first 3 months in the role, you will be required to be on-site at our offices in Blackpool 4 days per week – Monday to Thursday. Once you have completed 3 months with the team, you will have the option for hybrid working which currently consists of 3 days at home and 2 days in our office.
