Senior Coordinator, Demand Generation – About this role

We are looking for a marketer who thrives on hitting business targets to join our innovative company. You will support the growth of our demand generation channels with the aim of acquiring new customers and ultimately acquiring net new revenue. You will work closely with the Demand Generation Manager and the rest of the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered to our audience with the correct details, targeting, budget, and tracking configured. You will also be responsible for packaging content for Upsiide’s social media and support our email nurture efforts within the CRM (HubSpot).

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Working with the Demand Generation Manager to maintain our paid social media programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, and Google/Youtube, as well as exploring new channels for driving demand
Running Upsiide’s LinkedIn and Meta social channels
Working with the content team to package and distribute content for Upsiide’s social media
Continuously seeking new and innovative opportunities in social media marketing
Recommending paid media engagements and optimizations
Turning data into actionable insights for team briefings
Working within the CRM to maintain data quality and create marketing automations
Defining and optimizing email nurture programs for various stages of the buyer journey
Monitoring our demand generation channels and engaging with community members to promote our brand
Learning Google Analytics and Tag Manager to implement campaign reporting & tracking methods
Liaising with external stakeholders to deliver campaign assets, recommendations, and ensure brand standards

Experience, Skills and Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience
Proven success planning holistic campaigns including reporting, tracking and attention to detail from start to finish
Experience creating social media content for a business
3+ years of marketing and advertising experience
Paid social media marketing experience – must understand and have executed paid social campaigns across major social media platforms
