4. Buying Taylor Swift Tour Tickets

The meme

Not long after Taylor Swift released “Midnights,” her tenth studio album, she announced a tour called “Eras,” along with US tour dates and a link to buy tickets.



A TS tour would be a big deal at any point in time, but this particular tour — which Swift says will be “a journey through the musical eras of my career (past & present!)” — has caused a frenzy of incomparable proportions on Twitter. Turns out, Swifties will go to extreme lengths to get those tickets. Godspeed to them.

3. 3D Jesus

The meme

People on Twitter are having fun posting 3D-rendered images of celebrities and claiming they’re the reconstructed models of Biblical figures. I’m not actually sure where or when this meme was born, but the earliest example I can find is one that says Lady Gaga is the Virgin Mary.

2. Nick Cannon’s Children

The meme

This week news broke that Nick Cannon and Alyssa Scott are expecting their second child together, which is great news. Twitter, however, remembers everything, and notes that this is Nick’s 12th child overall. We will let that sink in, he has a lot of kids. If you need a guide, this one from The Today Show breaks down the 10 kids he’s had with six different women since 2011.



Now of course, if he can support them all, mazel tov. He seems like a good dude, and a good dad, and he hosts "The Masked Singer," which means he’s probably doing well. But we can’t get the following videos out of our heads anytime the internet brings his name up. Did “Chappelle’s Show” predict this news back in 2004?

The meme

Among all the excellent Halloween content and costumes that flooded the internet last weekend, there were some very choice celeb outfits — and none was more choice than Heidi Klum’s extraordinary, and extraordinarily realistic, worm costume. Yes, a worm costume..
